Salvonix, LLC, (“Salvonix,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy rights of our users while providing outstanding services. We have created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain what information is collected and how we use the information collected and received from your use of our websites and/or mobile application services, “http://www.salvonix.us”, “http://www.traditionaltx.us”, “http://www.fitsofun.com”, “http://www.betterhealthclue.com” and others which will be added to this Privacy Policy as they may be released (“Website”, “Websites”, “App”, “Apps”). This Privacy Policy applies only to the Websites and Apps which we own, and we are not responsible for the practices of persons, companies, institutions, websites or mobile apps that Salvonix does not control, manage, or employ. Links to any external wesbites are opened at the users own risk, and the user is advised to read the privacy policy of any such site. On some Websites and/or Apps, local, state and federal laws may apply, and on these Websites and Apps we will ensure that the appropriate safeguards are enacted to protect the privacy, integrity and security of personal data, under these laws. Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service Agreement (“Terms of Service”) and other published guidelines, we do not release personal information about our users without their permission.

Information Collection And Use

Personally Identifiable Information. This site collects some Personally Identifiable information from you when you provide such information by interacting with us. We also collect personal data as part of the services we offer, but we only collect that information which we need to make the service functional. When you purchase products or services, register for an account, communicate with us and use certain services that are available on or through the Websites and/or Apps, you may be required to provide us with Personally Identifiable Information. Where applicable, HIPAA and other laws will be in strictly followed to safeguard any private health data collected.

Our operations and maintenance contractors and other service providers may have limited access to your Personally Identifiable Information in the course of providing products or services to us. These contractors may include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services (e.g., AWS cloud server), and/or content related to the operation and maintenance of the Website or the online course. Access to your Personally Identifiable Information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the contractor to perform its limited function for us and as allowable by laws of the United States and the State of Texas.

Non-Personal Information, Log Data & Cookies. Visitors to our Websites may have information that is not personally identifiable collected and aggregated, such as which sections of the Website have been visited and which links are clicked. We may also collect information from the URLs from which you linked to our Website. Collecting such information may involve logging the IP address, operating system and browser software used by each user of the Website. When you access the Services using a mobile device, we may collect specific device information contained in your mobile device’s “device identifier.” This device identifier includes information such as the type of device you are using, its operating system, and mobile network information, which may include your mobile phone number.

We may use technologies such as cookies, pixel tags and/or web beacons to assist in identify and improve the service for repeat visitors. These technologies are not used to retain Personally Identifiable Information. From time to time we may also use additional technologies to collect data.

Any links to off site materials are out of our control. Users clicking off site links do so at their own risk. We appreciate reports of broken or changed links.

Security. The confidentiality and security of your information is important to us. Salvonix uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We do not share personally identifiable Information with third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy. For example, we continuously and regularly back up your data to help prevent data loss and aid in data recovery. We also guard against common web attack vectors, host data in secure SAS 70 audited data centers, and implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to secure our network and better protect your information.

Law Enforcement, Our Rights. Salvonix may share your Personally Identifiable Information if we are compelled to by various government authorities in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to establish or exercise our legal rights or to protect our property; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required and/or allowed by law. In such cases we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.

Updates. Changes to this policy may occur at any time, and we will notify you if you are a subscriber to one of our services. Otherwise such changes will result in an update to the information on this page. Thus, we recommend that you check back from time to time for changes that may have been made.
